Overview

Celebrate St. Brigid's Day and Imbolc, the ancient Irish festival heralding spring and honoring the patron saint and goddess Brigid, with a concert and activities for audiences of all ages! This year’s headliner, Little Roots, is an interactive community music experience whose creators, lifelong musicians Annie Lynch Stevenson and Maggie Shar, perform and write songs rooted in folk music traditions. They will put on a show with illustrated story songs, crankies, movement, and a whole lot of audience participation, and kids will be invited to join us for hot chocolate and Imbolc-inspired crafts afterward.

Recommended for ages five and under, but all are welcome.

Session 1 // 10:30am

Session 2 // 12:30pm

Presented with generous support from the Emigrant Support Programme, National Endowment for the Arts, and Tourism Ireland.
