Stephanie Burt is professor of English at Harvard and the author of several books of poetry and literary criticism, among them Advice from the Lights (Graywolf, 2017). Her new book, Don't Read Poetry: A Book About How to Read Poems, will be published by Basic Books in 2019.

Amit Chaudhuri is the author of seven novels, the latest of which is Friend of My Youth. He is also an essayist, poet, vocalist in the Indian classical tradition, and composer. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature. Awards for his fiction include the Commonwealth Writers Prize, the Los Angeles Times Book Prize for fiction, and the Indian government's Sahitya Akademi Award. In 2013, he was awarded the first Infosys Prize in the humanities for outstanding contribution to literary studies. He is professor of contemporary literature at the University of East Anglia, and is an inaugural fellow at the Columbia Institute for Ideas and Imagination in Paris.

His first CD of experimental music, This Is Not Fusion, was released in 2007. His second CD, Found Music, came out in October 2010. It was an allaboutjazz.com Editor’s Choice of 2010. He also has recordings in Indian classical music.

Naughty Clouds are a vigorous electric rock duo from New Jersey and Brooklyn founded by poet Alexis Moon and Electric Six drummer Ray Kubian. They have been compared to Love, Patti Smith, and early Kinks. Adam Bernstein called their debut Everything’s Hard “straightforward, genuine rock music” with “roots in the pre-digital age,” while Jake Stuiver called the album “something of a power-pop masterpiece.” They have been played in New Jersey on WFMU, WRSU, WRAT, and WPRB. Everything’s Hard is available worldwide digitally.
