Overview
Irish Arts Center returns to P.S. 69Q in Jackson Heights, Queens, for our sixth intercultural dance residency! This year's program pairs artists from Darrah Carr Dance and Kamate Traders with more than 200 first, second, third, and fourth graders to explore both Irish and West African dance forms.
Public sharing performances will take place in the Auditorium at PS69Q at 8:40am and 9:45am on Tuesday, March 26th and Wednesday, March 27th, 2024.
We thank Council Member Shekar Krishnan for granting IAC the Cultural Immigrant Initiative Awards that make this program possible.
