IAC Commissions: "Pandemic Academic" by Eoin Colfer and Liam Bates

The pathos and banality of stay-at-home life, captured in an exuberant Irish country anthem for our times. The second premiere of our Grásta commissions initiative is by the internationally bestselling author Eoin Colfer (Artemis Fowl, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy Part Six) and award-winning composer Liam Bates (Promax World Gold winner, IFTA nominee), who take on the more mundane woes caused by the pandemic—and the universal shortcomings it's exposed—with a musical vehicle that delivers equal parts mirth and compassion.
