For students that have completed Fiddle I and/or have less than 6 months prior music experience
Students in this course will focus on building their repertoire of common session tunes
Students attending this class should feel comfortable playing common tunes up to speed with other musicians
This class will be oriented toward students with some prior experience playing the Anglo concertina
This class covers the basics of the Irish drum with focus on the reel and jig rhythms
Bodhrán II introduces the techniques needed to produce a variety of sounds to enhance the accompaniment of melody instruments.
