Location
This class will be conducted in person at Irish Arts Center, located at 726 11th Avenue in NYC, between 51st and 52nd Streets.
Overview
This workshop invites students to engage with their own movement vocabularies and their imaginations in new ways through challenging themselves and safely exploring their limit, while having fun and sharing their own choreographed dance with others. The class will emphasize embracing one’s own personal groove in a physical and energetic setting, and is suitable for all ages and experiences.
Level: Open to all.
Students should bring water and wear comfortable training clothes.
This workshop will be held in person in the Studio Classroom.
