In Irish with English subtitles
★★★★★ “A heartwarming, spirited documentary that should not be missed”—RTÉ
★★★★ “Delightful”—Irish Times
★★★★ “Remarkable”—Irish Examiner
Inspired by the great sea voyages of early Irish history and mythology, an Irish writer, two musicians, an artist, and a stonemason set out on an audacious journey of their own—the 2,500 kilometers from Ireland to Northern Spain, in a traditional Irish boat they built themselves.
Featuring Danny Sheehy (Domhnall Mac Síthigh), Glen Hansard, Brendan Begley (Breanndán Ó Beaglaoich), Liam Holden, and Breandán Moriarty (Breanndán Pháid Ó Muircheartaigh).
Admission to The Camino Voyage is included with tickets to Féile na Gaeilge.
Support for this program is also provided by the Knights of St. Patrick and Society of the Friendly Songs of St. Patrick, Westchester County.
