Michelle Esch, Thursdays, 6:30pm - 7:30pm

8 weekly sessions beginning Thursday, April 16, 2020

Please note this class is being offered online.

A boot-camp introduction to Irish step dancing—absolutely no previous experience is necessary. Students will learn the foundation, form, and technique of Irish dance, starting with basic movements and progressing to light-shoe reels and jigs. We'll learn a few solo steps and round out the session with a group dance that pieces together all the elements learned over the term!

Students in all dance classes should wear shorts or workout pants and a t-shirt. For footwear, sneakers, ballet shoes, or ghillies are best.
