Overview
50 years after his death in 1971, Seán Ó Riada's granddaughter Doireann Ní Ghlacáin resolves to find out more about the divisive and iconic composer in Seán Ó Riada - Mo Sheanathair. Exec produced by Jim Sheridan, this award-winning documentary features performances from Iarla Ó Lionáird, Barry Douglas, Nell Ní Chróinín, and Peadar Ó Riada.
This screening is being presented as part of Féile na Gaeilge / Irish Language Day. Admission to Seán Ó Riada - Mo Sheanathair is free to all Féile na Gaeilge ticket holders.
