Overview

Each year, Porch Stomp invites more than one hundred bands, artists, and performing arts organizations to use the greenery of Governors Island's Nolan Park and Colonel’s Row as a space for performance and education, highlighting traditions from folk to old-time, blues, cajun, Irish, bluegrass, and Americana. Irish Arts Center is proud to join Big City Folk, Cowgirl Seahorse, Sunny’s Bar, the Folk Society of New York, People’s Voice Cafe, and other local institutions as a presenter at the 2022 festival.
