Stuart Jackson, Thursdays, 7pm – 8pm

8 Weekly sessions beginning Thursday, April 19th, 2018

This is a repertoire building class for mixed instruments that will focus on learning tunes from recordings of the celebrated piper Seamus Ennis. We'll do in depth studies of his particular versions of 3-5 different tunes, and I'll also provide an introduction to the way uilleann pipes provide harmonic accompaniment. Tunes will be taught by ear and sheet music will be provided if requested. All instrumentalists are welcome.
