Dundalk-born artist and activist Michelle Rogers captures the rugged and wild beauty of the natural environment as it intersects with humanity in oil-on-canvas. Influenced by the poetry of Patrick Kavanagh, her unbridled, layered brushstroke imbues a lushness that leaps off the canvas, including in the large-scale Gowna II.
