Overview

Poets and special guests read their most loved verses at Favorite Poems, the opening night  event of Irish Arts Center's annual PoetryFest. At the 2017 festival, the Academy Award-winning actor Rachel Weisz brought us to a world "crazier and more of it than we think" through Louis MacNeice's "Snow."

We share it here as the first Irish Arts Center Poem of the Week of our reimagined spring 2020 digital season.
