Overview
Niall O’Leary, TCRG, ADCRG, Monday, 4pm—5pm
Ongoing (except holidays)
Ages 4+
Join Niall O’Leary, our resident children’s dance teacher, for an exciting class in the traditional Irish form of step-dancing. Dancers are taught technique, form and style as well as dances such as the reel and the jig. Note: All dancers start with softshoe class, hardshoe class is taken as an additional class once the dancer has mastered certain moves in softshoe.
Registration can take place at your first class. For registration and information, contact Niall O’Leary atireland@nialloleary.com or 212-726-1602 and visit www.nialloleary.com.
Please note Irish Arts Center does not have a waiting room for students to sit before the start of class, and doors to the classroom do not open until 10 minutes before the class begins at 4pm. If you arrive prior to 10 minutes before the start of class, you may not be able to enter the building. We therefore suggest waiting at a local business until the class start time.
