This class will be conducted via Zoom. Upon registration, you will receive a link to, and instructions for, downloading the free program. Laptop, desktop computer, or tablet with video and audio ability is required.
Overview
Caitlin Warbelow, Mondays, 8pm–9pm
8 weekly sessions beginning September 30
Students should feel comfortable playing common tunes up to speed with other musicians. You will learn new reels, jigs, hornpipes, and an air, all while developing ornamentation, style, and musicianship. Improvisation and harmony will be touched upon. This class is geared toward students who have taken Fiddle V at least once.
Teaching will be by ear, but sheet music will be provided at the end of the term.

Please note: There will be no class on October 14, in observance of Indigenous People’s Day, or on November 11, in observance of Veterans Day.
