Overview

Pat Mangan, Tuesdays, 7pm–8pm

8 weekly sessions beginning January 27

This class will be held in person in the Studio Classroom.

Students will focus on building their repertoire of common session tunes and begin to explore elements of musicality and theory, including how to participate in a session and create sets. Ideal for those who have taken Fiddle III or have more than one year’s experience with the instrument.

Teaching will be by ear, but sheet music will be provided at the end of the term.

Please note that there will be no class on Tuesday, March 17, in observance of St. Patrick’s Day. A make-up class will be offered on Tuesday, March 24.
