Over the years, Canadian Grand Master Fiddle Champion Tom Fitzgerald has developed his own thoughts, patterns, and approaches to making the most varied and interesting bowing choices that translate into real feeling and expression. This master class will begin by learning a simple melody and then, phrase by phrase, build a bowing scheme together in real time. The class will also explore different bowing choices and how they can impact expression and musicality.

Recommended level: Early intermediate and above.
