Overview

From the stately entrance of Buck Mulligan to the breathtaking Molly Bloom soliloquy, we return to the source and dedicate the entire evening solely to the brilliance of Ulysses. Symphony Space and Irish Arts Center's celebration of James Joyce's masterpiece will feature a whirlwind tour through the first 17 episodes and a chorus of Mollys with a cavalcade of Joyceans, musicians, and actors from stage and screen, including Brian Cox, Valorie Curry, Malachy McCourt, Kirsten Vangsness, and many more! Hosted by beloved Bloomsday regular Mia Dillon. Musical interludes by acclaimed violinist Dana Lyn, guitarist Kyle Sanna, piper Ivan Goff, and vocalist Carrie Erving.

The program will wrap up around 9:30, then festivities will continue with an after-party in Bar Thalia with guitarist Matt Stapleton, Dylan Foley (4-time All-Ireland fiddle champion), and Isaac Alderson (2002 All-Ireland flute, tin whistle, and pipes champion).
